Terms of Use

Effective June 2026

These terms cover your use of Wishframe, made by Handler Labs LLC. By using the app you agree to them.

Apple and this agreement

This agreement is between you and Handler Labs LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. Handler Labs LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for Wishframe and its content. Your use of Wishframe must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and the usage rules in this agreement do not conflict with them. Where Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these terms differ, these terms control only to the extent they are consistent with Apple's terms; otherwise Apple's terms apply.

You and Handler Labs LLC acknowledge that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and that upon your acceptance of these terms Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Wishframe on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, for your own goal setting and visualization. You may not transfer, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or resell the app. The app, its design, and its bundled content remain ours.

Subscriptions and purchases

Automatic renewal terms. Wishframe Premium is an automatically renewing subscription: $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, your subscription renews and Apple charges your payment method the same price for the next period (and, for the yearly plan, charges $29.99 when the free trial ends). Cancel any time from your Apple Account subscription settings.

How to cancel

To cancel, open the App Store or device Settings, tap your Apple Account, choose Subscriptions, select Wishframe, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. All billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple; Handler Labs LLC does not process or store payment information.

What Wishframe is, and is not

Wishframe is a tool for motivation, visualization, and goal setting. The affirmations, boards, and reminders in the app are for personal inspiration only. Wishframe is not medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or professional advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. It does not promise or guarantee any result, financial, health, relationship, or otherwise, and individual results vary. For decisions about your health or mental health, talk to a qualified professional; for decisions about your money, talk to a licensed advisor. Decisions you make are your own.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully. Do not add content you do not have the right to use, and do not try to break, copy, or resell the app. Images you find through the in-app library are licensed for personal use within your own boards, with attribution kept where required.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Your content

Your boards, images, and goals are yours. They stay on your device and in your iCloud. We do not claim ownership of them and we do not access them.

Maintenance and support

Handler Labs LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for Wishframe. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for the app. For help, contact [email protected].

Warranty

Handler Labs LLC is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed below. If Wishframe fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Wishframe, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to a warranty are the sole responsibility of Handler Labs LLC.

Responsibility for claims

Handler Labs LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Wishframe or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handler Labs LLC disclaims all express and implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

Termination

You may stop using Wishframe at any time by deleting the app; your on-device and iCloud content remains under your control. The license in these terms ends automatically if you materially breach them, and we may suspend or end your access to the app or its paid features if you misuse the app or violate these terms or the law. The sections on your content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive any termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Handler Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the app that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Wishframe is offered in the United States; we make no representation that the app is appropriate or available for use elsewhere.

Language

These terms are provided in English. We may offer translations for your convenience. If there is any conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version governs.
